Referral Programme Policy

1. Eligibility
The referral programme is open to all approved, active investors of AmazingReturn.com. Investors whose accounts are pending, suspended, or rejected are not eligible to earn referral commissions.
2. How Attribution Works
When a visitor arrives at AmazingReturn.com via your unique referral link, a cookie is stored on their device for 180 days. If they register and are approved within that window, they are permanently attributed to you as your referred investor.
Attribution is first-click. If a visitor arrives via multiple referral links, the first referrer's cookie takes precedence.
3. Commission Structure
You earn a commission calculated as a percentage of your referred investor's profits in each active sub-fund. Commission rates vary per fund and are displayed on the Referral Programme page.
Commission is calculated on net profits only — not on capital or deposits. If the referred investor makes no profit in a given period, no commission accrues for that period.
4. Holding Period
All commissions are subject to a holding period (displayed per fund on the Referral page). Commissions are not available for payout until the holding period has elapsed and the referred investor remains actively invested.
If a referred investor fully redeems their position before the holding period ends, any unpaid commission attributable to that investment will be reversed and will not be payable.
5. Payout
Once commissions have cleared (holding period elapsed), you may request a payout from your Referral Dashboard. The minimum payout amount is $50.
Payouts are processed at our discretion, typically within 5–10 business days of a request being approved. We reserve the right to request additional information before processing a payout.
6. Reversal Conditions
Commissions may be reversed in the following circumstances:
- The referred investor redeems before the holding period ends
- The referred investor's account is suspended or rejected for AML/fraud reasons
- The referral was made in breach of these terms (e.g. self-referral)
- The referral involved misrepresentation of the platform's nature or risks
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Self-referral — creating additional accounts to refer yourself
- Misrepresenting AmazingReturn.com as regulated, guaranteed, or risk-free
- Targeting minors or vulnerable persons
- Cold calling or unsolicited mass messaging
- Any conduct that could bring AmazingReturn.com into disrepute
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate reversal of all accrued commissions and suspension of your account.
8. Tax
You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any tax on commissions you receive. AmazingReturn.com does not provide tax advice and will not withhold tax on your behalf.
9. Amendments
AmazingReturn.com reserves the right to amend the referral programme (including rates, holding periods, and minimum payouts) at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon notification. Commissions already cleared are not affected by rate changes.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the referral programme at any time. Cleared, unpaid commissions at the time of termination will still be paid out upon request.
