Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering with Amazing Return and making any investment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use this platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age. You must not be a US Person as defined under US securities law. You must not reside in a jurisdiction where participation is prohibited. By registering, you confirm compliance with these requirements.

3. Nature of Investment

Investments made through Amazing Return are private placements in sub-funds managed at the sole discretion of the fund manager. They are not publicly traded instruments and do not constitute shares, securities, or any regulated financial product.

4. Fees

A performance fee of up to 30% (per fund) is charged on profits above the applicable hurdle rate at the end of each crystallization period. Early redemption fees apply as set out in our Fee Schedule. All fees are disclosed prior to investment.

5. Redemptions

Redemption requests are processed at the sole discretion of the fund manager. Early redemption fees apply. The fund manager reserves the right to delay or suspend redemptions under adverse market conditions.

6. Risks

Please read our High Risk Investment Notice and Risk Contract carefully. Capital is at risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amazing Return and its managers shall not be liable for any losses arising from investment decisions, market movements, technical failures, or any other cause.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to investors by email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
